Well i had a great day today in uni, Learnt quite a lot in the space of an hour or so. Shame about the lecturer. She is so, how can i say it.... 'Floaty'! She is always floating around and she speaks very quiet and to herself most of the time. She is a nice person but without a microphone its impossible to hear her properly. Good job she used lecture slides.
Todays lecture was about policing and the roles and fuctions from historical times to more modern times, was very interesting, i love coming away from lectures with that new information waiting in my head to be explored more in depth. I love being able to tell people what i have learnt and for them to say 'oohhh i didnt know that', just like you did when you were younger and told your parents what you did at school that day and felt really proud telling them.
I have noticed that when people need to know stuff about what we need to do to prepare for next lecture they come to me as if i will know the answer, the same goes for assignments they ask me what do they do they ahve to do and when is it due in. I feel like the mother of them all, they are all younger than me but shouldnt these people know this for themselves.
Feel a bit better today, have had a really bad cold and sore throat since Friday but today its shifting and my cough is just very hoarse and feels razor sharp inside, i am now officially barking like a dog!!
Im off to watch some tv and maybe read a bit more of my books

I loved telling everyone what I'd learnt at College, although most of the time I was probably just trying to show off! ha ha ha!
Haha, you know what thats exactly it in some respect, me having the knowledge and them not!!
